Leadership Development Process:

  1. Baseline assessment to establish current reality. This includes gathering 360-degree feedback and various self assessment tools, i.e. Myers Briggs, CPI-260, FIRO B, Thomas Killman.
  2. Goals and development areas are selected and identified.
  3. Action plan is created to bridge the gap between current reality and preferred reality (vision).
  4. Network of support is identified.
  5. Action plan is implemented.
  6. Client is supported by both coach and identified network of support to carry out the action plan.
  7. Follow up with support network.
  8. Results are measured through another round of 360-degree feedback.
  9. Steps 4 - 9 are repeated as necessary until desired results are achieved with changes being permanent and sustainable.

We engage leaders in several ways, depending on what is most useful and effective for the client.  Options include:

  1. One on one in a private setting
  2. Real time coaching - working with you during meetings and business activities. This provides real time feedback and necessary course correction with the support of a coach.
  3. Team coaching - leaders looking to optimize the performance and effectiveness of their direct reports.
