Walter Edwards, MA, President

Walter Edwards has been working in the field of individual and organizational development for the past 10 years.  He is the
owner and principal consultant of Leading Change Company.

Walter has a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational
Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at
Bastyr University. In addition he has received training in Integral Coaching from New Ventures West, a certificate in Human Performance from the University of Washington and a BA in Sociology from Rutgers University.

Before working in organizational development, Walter was a corporate training consultant for the Anthony Robbins Company, a collegiate rowing coach and a personal trainer.

Walter is passionate about helping people live happy and fulfilled lives.  He believes the greatest gift we can give the world is to become the person we truly are.

In his spare time, Walter is a voracious ultra-marathon runner and has completed several 100-mile mountain races.  He enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Seana Graceweaver, MA, Senior Vice-President

Seana Graceweaver has worked with corporations, non-profits, families and individuals for the past 8 years.  In all these settings her mission is the same - to serve and assist clients in making positive changes in both their lives and organizations.

Seana began her career in non-profits, where she continually designed and lead whole-system change efforts.  Currently, Seana is part of a leadership team who's goal is to bring wrap-around homeless youth services to the Seattle area.  This will become the premier place where homeless youth can get support in all areas of their lives.

Seana has a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle and a BA in Religion and Biblical Studies from Smith College.  She is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a powerful tool for helping individuals generate transformative change. 

Seana brings with her a keen insight and intuitive ability that allows her to quickly understand what is most needed in any circumstance.  She is able to deeply connect, create safe places to explore what is really going on, and guide individuals and groups to make sustainable, life-altering changes. 

In her spare time, Seana is a writer, marathon runner, cyclist and artist.  She loves spending time entertaining friends and family in her home, and is an amazing cook!  She is also a ceremonialist and loves designing personalized ceremonies to capture life's biggest moments.

Grant Estep, MBA, Senior Vice-President

Based in Los Angeles, California Grant Estep directs the Leading Change Company’s southwest operations. His primary focus is organizational performance analysis, business planning and “organizations as strategic assets”.  He works with both large and small organizations in competitive markets but always makes himself available to career development consultation, especially for pre-venture entrepreneurs.

 

Grant’s leadership experience includes strategic planning, human resource management, financial and economic analysis, and operations management. His organizational experience include the Virginia Department of Planning and Budget, the United States Army European Command, the University of California San Diego and a number of successful start-up businesses. 

 

His formal education includes a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the College of William and Mary and membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, International Business Honor Society. In addition, Grant is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Administrator, has advanced training in Myers-Briggs application and is a professional training mediator with advanced conflict resolution training at the University of California Davis.

 

Grant is member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the California Association of Business Brokers, the California Career Development Association, the Association of Psychological Type International and the Washington Mediation Association.
