Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is the world's best-selling instrument for understanding how different conflict-handling modes, or styles, affect interpersonal and group dynamics.  It also is useful for learning how to select and utilize the most appropriate style for a given situation.

We use the TKI tool to help individuals, groups and organizations understand
the various ways people approach conflict in order to increase understanding of self and others. The tool also provides a developmental pathway for clients to increase their range
of skills for dealing with and managing conflict.
