few of us take the time to develop and bring that greatness out.  We all have glimpses of potential, but for many they are frightening.  It is often easier to focus on our faults and weaknesses.  Too many times this viewpoint is supported by our culture.  Our media sends the message that you are not good enough, smart enough, beautiful enough etc... It is often hard to see or admit our strengths.

Through deep listening your coach will help you identify, accept and deepen your unique gifts so they are brought more fully into the world. Your coaching program will include daily exercises, self observations, and various readings all customized for you.  It will be designed to support and challenge your growth, allowing you to realize your greatest human potential.  The exercises will bring new insights from a level
of thinking down to a level of being so the changes are permanent.     

Our coaching program begins with a holistic intake process.  Your life will be examined
in four areas: individual experience & consciousness; body and behavior; culture
& relationship; and environment.  This process identifies your blind spots, illuminating areas that need balancing.  This ensures the changes are achievable, sustainable
and accounts for how changes in one area may impact others.
