FIRO-B
For more than 40 years the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B) assessment has helped people around the world
understand how their need for inclusion, control and affection can shape their interactions with others at world or in their personal life.

Leading Change uses the FIRO-B in a variety of situations including;
one-on-one coaching, team building initiatives, communication workshops and leadership development programs.  This assessment is available online and in a self scorable
paper formats. 

The FIRO-B and Myers Briggs Type Instrument can be combined to produce a rich Leadership Assessment Report which explores the leadership style one uses in organizations and how other perceive and react to it.  Both tap into key aspects of personality and behavior in areas such as communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal relations.
